Text Box: Base rates: Services offered Ala Carte or in Full Packages to suit your needs Hourly rate of $50 an hour to a maximum of 10 hours per day Overtime hourly rate of $75 an hour to a maximum 6 hours per day Travel rate of $0.35 per kilometre outside the Barrie-Newmarket area A non-refundable retainer of 10% is due at the time of booking % of balance due at pre-determined intervals prior to event date depending on length of planning phase Balance “Net due 30” days post event date Additional Considerations: All prices are in Canadian Dollars Accommodations - for events necessitating an overnight stay, clients must supply a standard 3 star or better hotel room close to the event site. Air Travel – for events necessitating air transportation, clients must supply one round-trip economy airfare from Toronto International to the airport closest to the destination plus ground transportation of at least a mid size economy vehicle while in the event location. Travel by air is considered billable working hours including pre-boarding time requirements which may be as much as 3 hours prior to departure to deal with Customs issues. Any travel time in excess of 10 hours will be billed as overtime. PayPal Payments subject to a 3% service charge GST will be applied to all charges A $35 fee will be applied to all NSF Cheques Cancellations less than 48 prior to event date are 100% payable Promotional Discounts: 2% discount to final bills paid within 10 days of the conclusion of the event 2.5 % Introductory Offer applied to final bill for 1st time clients
